BACK HIP PLACEMENT - LINEAR DRIVE PHASE

For baseball, softball, and tennis usage only

  • Place waist belt above hips and over belly button. Suck in stomach and tighten waist belt. ENSURE D-RINGS ARE POSITIONED BELOW THE BELT AND POINTING DOWNWARDS. Do not wear waist belt wherein D-rings are positioned on top of belt.
  • Clip one bungee onto your waist belt and align bungee above BACK hip bone and along outside of BACK leg (vertically). To avoid injury, ALWAYS BE ON A KNEE WHEN SECURING ANY BUNGEES. THIS ENSURES BUNGEE DOES NOT CAUSE INJURY BY "SNAPPING" UPWARDS - IF NOT HELD SECURELY DUE TO TENSION OF BUNGEE.
  • Alternate Arrow Square Right
    Attach foot strap to back foot. Ensure Velcro strapping secures foot strap around ankle properly.
  • Alternate Arrow Square Right
    Clip second bungee onto the D ring located in the middle of your lower back. Do NOT attach bungee to foot strap!
  • Alternate Arrow Square Right
    Attach first bungee (located at back hip bone) to foot strap D ring located on the outside of your ankle. Ensure the bungee runs parallel to your back leg - from back hip bone to outside of back ankle bone).
  • Alternate Arrow Square Right
    Attach second bungee (located in the middle of your lower back) to the foot strap D ring located on the inside of your ankle. Ensure the bungee runs from the middle of your lower back to the inside of your back ankle bone. It will go between your legs.

For golf usage only

  • Can use the Velocity LOAD Harness as described in above section for chipping or short game. For driving or iron shots, refer to below for usage:
  • Alternate Arrow Square Right
    Place waist belt above hips and over belly button. Suck in stomach and then tighten waist belt by securing velcro strapping first and then clipping belt buckle. ENSURE D-RINGS ARE POSITIONED BELOW THE BELT AND POINTING DOWNWARDS. Do NOT wear belt wherein D-rings are located above belt.
  • Clip one bungee onto your waist belt and align bungee in middle of back - above middle of buttock.
  • Alternate Arrow Square Right
    Attach foot strap to FRONT foot. Ensure Velcro strapping secures foot strap around ankle properly.
  • Alternate Arrow Square Right
    Go onto a knee and clip bungee onto D-ring on foot strap that is located on the INSIDE of the ankle. To avoid injury, do NOT attach bungee to ankle D-ring while standing, as bungee can "snap" upwards if not securely held in hand.
  • Alternate Arrow Square Right
    When secured properly, bungee should be positioned in middle of back, run down middle of buttock, and be vertically aligned between legs - wherein it attaches to the INSIDE of the front ankle.

FRONT HIP PLACEMENT - ROTATIONAL TORQUE PHASE

For baseball, softball, and tennis usage only

  • Place waist belt above hips and over belly button. Such in stomach and tighten waist belt. ENSURE D-RINGS ARE POSITIONED BELOW THE BELT. Do not wear waist belt wherein D-rings are positioned on top of belt.
  • Clip one bungee onto your waist belt and align bungee above FRONT hip bone and along outside of FRONT leg (vertically). Do NOT attach bungee to foot strap!
  • Alternate Arrow Square Right
    Put foot strap onto FRONT foot and ensure Velcro strapping secures foot strap properly around ankle.
  • Alternate Arrow Square Right
    Clip second bungee onto the D ring located in the middle of your lower back. Do NOT attach bungee to foot strap!
  • Alternate Arrow Square Right
    Attach first bungee (located at front hip bone) to foot strap D ring located on the outside of your front ankle. Ensure the bungee runs parallel to your back leg - from back hip bone to outside of back ankle bone).
  • Alternate Arrow Square Right
    Attach second bungee (located in the middle of your lower back) to the foot strap D ring located on the inside of your front ankle. Ensure the bungee runs from the middle of your lower back to the inside of your front ankle bone. It will go between your legs.

Velopro Baseball Harness

14" - 22" Waist Belt Model - Small

Fits 14-22 INCH or 35-55 CM waist size. Measure waist WITH PANTS AND SHIRT ON. Since the waist belt fits over athlete's pants, this method of sizing ensures proper fit. Will usually add 2-3 INCHES or 5-8 CM onto conventional waist sizes. Height does not matter for waist belt sizing.

22" - 32" Waist Belt Model - Regular

Fits 22-32 INCH or 55-81 CM waist size. Measure waist WITH PANTS AND SHIRT ON. Since the waist belt fits over athlete's pants, this method of sizing ensures proper fit. Will usually add 2-3 INCHES or 5-8 CM onto conventional waist sizes. Height does not matter for waist belt sizing.

Full Velopro Harness

32" - 56" Waist Belt Model - Large

Fits 32-56 INCH or 81-137 CM waist size. Measure waist WITH PANTS AND SHIRT ON. Since the waist belt fits over athlete's pants, this method of sizing ensures proper fit. Will usually add 2-3 INCHES or 5-8 CM onto conventional waist sizes. Height does not matter for waist belt sizing.

Shorter than 5'3"

Wear shoes when measuring height of athlete. Measure from bottom of athlete's shoe to belly button.


Regular bungee

5'3" to 6'1" tall

Wear shoes when measuring height of athlete. Measure from bottom of athlete's shoe to belly button.


Large bungee

Taller than 6'1"

Wear shoes when measuring height of athlete. Measure from bottom of athlete's shoe to belly button.
